We are living in a time when both nanotechnology and biotechnology are receiving increasing attention.
Their convergence is creating powerful synergies across diverse fields.
In this context, nanobiotechnology-based research and applications represent a key direction for future innovation. 
Our laboratory employs biotechnological strategies to produce valuable biomaterials
through the cultivation of microorganisms and mammalian cells.
These materials are then integrated with nanotechnology to develop advanced systems applicable to medical fields
such as diagnostics and therapeutics, as well as various industrial fields. 
The Integrative Nano-Bio Systems Lab. (INBS) at Hanyang University is committed to enhancing safety, health,
and overall quality of life through the development of integrative nano-biotechnology systems.

우리가 살아가는 이 시대는 나노 기술과 바이오 기술이 각각 주목받고 있으며, 이 두 기술의 융합을 통해 다양한 분야에서 시너지 효과가 창출되고 있습니다.
이러한 시대적 흐름을 고려할 때, 나노-바이오 기술 기반의 연구와 응용은 우리가 지향해야 할 중요한 방향입니다.
본 연구실에서는 미생물 및 포유류 유래의 세포 배양을 통해 유용한 생물학적 물질을 생산하는데 바이오 기술을 활용하고 있습니다.
또한, 이렇게 생산된 생물학적 물질을 나노기술과 융합하여, 진단 및 치료를 포함한 의료 분야와 다양한 산업 분야에 응용하고 있습니다.
한양대학교 나노-바이오 융합 시스템 연구실은 나노 기술과 바이오 기술의 융합을 바탕으로 유용한 시스템을 개발하고,
이를 통해 보다 안전하고, 행복하며, 건강한 삶을 추구하는 데 기여하고자 합니다.
